For your team

You’ll know who comes to mind.

She’s missed a few sessions, asked to pause, or told you what’s really going on outside the gym.

I remember these conversations in my own gyms. OSSEA gives your team something practical to offer while the conversation’s still open.

A thoughtful gift from your gym. A private space for her.

Three short guided apps

What did she tell you?

Start with the thing that’s getting in the way of training right now.

She says

“I’m exhausted. I keep waking up in the middle of the night.”

3AM Sleep Program

For broken sleep and those wide-awake-at-3am nights.

She says

“I’ve just got too much going on. Something has to give.”

A Week to Breathe

For the weeks when everything feels like too much.

She says

“I’m losing weight and I’m wondering whether I still need the gym.”

Strong

For women using weight-loss medication who are questioning where training fits now.

A simple way to offer it

Keep it personal.
Keep it simple.

Your team knows her.
Start there.

  1. Ask her first.

Tell her why she came to mind and ask if she’d like the program as a gift from your gym.

  2. Send it your way.

Use your usual text, email or WhatsApp. She takes it from there, in her own time.

Her answers and activity stay private.

Words you can make your own

Here’s how I’d say it.

“Hey, I was thinking about our chat the other day. We have a short program that feels like it could be helpful right now, and I’d really love you to have it as a gift from us. Would you like me to send it through?”

Make it sound like you. The important bit is that she knows why you thought of her and that it’s a gift from your gym.
